Pasta Making Lessons and Classes in Surrey, Hampshire and Brighton

There’s nothing more satisfying than making your very own fresh pasta from scratch. Now you learn to create and learn how to make it for yourself!

This lesson provides you with the wonderful opportunity to learn how to make fresh pasta for yourself, friends and family.

As part of your lesson, we will also include how to make some wonderful sauces to accompany the different types of pasta that we will be making. This also includes some delicious fillings for ravioli.

Our aim is for you to have an enjoyable lesson by learning to prepare, cook and present a selection of different pastas widening your culinary skills and knowledge.

Ultimately, we want you to have fun and come away feeling confident with lots of tips and ideas to try out for yourself.

We can teach you as part of a group, or on a one-to-one basis, depending upon the size of your kitchen.

We will source all the ingredients for you so there is no need to worry about rushing to the shops, as we provide it all for you.

Whether you are competent in the kitchen, a complete novice or just a bit rusty, we can teach you!

Each lesson will last 4 hours depending on the dishes you have chosen. For the lesson, please choose two fresh pasta dishes from the list below or if there is something in particular that you would like to try, please let us know as we would be delighted to help

At the end of your lesson, you will be given the recipes for all the pasta dishes you have made)

  • Fresh ravioli stuffed with goats cheese, spinach & toasted sesame seeds, served with a coriander & rocket pesto #
  • Fresh tagliatelle with smoked salmon, chives, spinach & broccoli cream sauce #
  • Fresh spaghetti with a tomato, chilli sauce #
  • Fresh spaghetti with our homemade pesto, egg, flat parsley, olive oil & grated parmesan #
  • Creamy boscaioli tagliatelle #
  • Pork and smoked paprika tortellini with a tomato sauce #
  • Making orange, spinach and purple color tagliatelle ( one lesson )
  • Fresh ravioli stuffed with wild mushroom, ricotta & walnut served with a light celery & truffle sauce #
  • Fresh spaghetti with classic Bolognese sauce, with a twist! #
  • Fresh tagliatelle with chive, olives, courgettes, chilli, capers & garlic in light tomato sauce & finished with parmesan cheese (ideal for vegetarians) #
  • Fresh tagliatelle with a carbonara sauce #
  • Gorgonzola and toasted walnuts on linguine #
  • Ricotta, spinach and lemon ravioli #

- Prices £85 per person -  There will be a supplement of £35 on all lessons for one-to-one tuition.  approx 4 hour lesson
